必須スキル・経験
 金融機関等、債権回収実務を行ってきたご経験（2年以上）。
 特に必要とする資格等はないが、事業会社法務部門・債権回収部門、または弁護士事務所、司法書士事務所等での経験を通し、一般的な法的実務経験があり、契約書の確認。契約交渉、弁護士とのやりとりを行なってきたご経験。
 電話での交渉は主であり、交渉が難航するケースもあるため、高い交渉能能力を有する方
□ ビジネスレベルの英語力

尚可スキル
 法務実務検定等の受験、取得等あれば尚可（なくても実務経験があれば資格は必要としない）

求める人物像
 回収交渉、法的交渉等、法的知識のバックグランドを持ち、且つ直接交渉にあたるメンタルの強さがある方

Required Skills and Experience
 Experience (2 years or more) in debt collection practices at financial institutions, etc.
 No specific qualifications required, but experience in general legal practice through experience in the legal or debt collection departments of a business company, or at a law firm or judicial scrivener's office. Experience negotiating contracts and dealing with attorneys.
 High negotiation skills, as negotiations are mainly conducted over the phone and can be difficult in some cases.
□ Business Level English Skill.

Preferred Skills
 Any certification such as Legal Practice Test is a plus (but not required if you have work experience).

 Have a background in legal knowledge, such as collection negotiations, legal negotiations, etc., and have the mental strength to negotiate directly.

業務内容
 債権回収：月額利用料の支払いを滞納したクライアントに対して、残存利用料金の回収交渉を行なう。
　 原則、弁護士を使って訴訟することはなく、当該職種の担当者が直接交渉を行なう。
　 電話による回収交渉が原則ではあるが、必要に応じて、債務者オフィスでの打ち合わせ、債務者の事業運営状況の調査等も行なうことがある。
　 債権回収業務に加え、顧客、従業員、その他からの訴訟、代理人を通じた交渉等への対応も、顧問弁護士との協力のもと、問題解決を行う。
　 不良債権金額は、1件当り数十万から数百万程度、発生件数は月に100～150件
 関連する法改正（貸金業法・犯罪収益移転防止法、会社法など）があった場合には、社内規則・プロセスの見直し等を適宜行なうこと

Description of Business
 Debt collection: Negotiate with clients who are delinquent in the payment of monthly fees to collect the remaining fees.
 In principle, the debt collector does not use attorneys to litigate, but the person in charge of the case negotiates directly with the debtor.
 In principle, collection negotiations are conducted over the phone, but meetings may be held at the debtor's office or an investigation of the debtor's business operations may be conducted if necessary.
 In addition to debt collection services, the company handles lawsuits from customers, employees, and others, as well as negotiations through agents, in cooperation with legal counsel to resolve problems.
 The amount of non-performing loans is several hundred thousand to several million per case, with 100 to 150 cases per month.
 Review internal rules and processes as necessary in the event of relevant legal amendments(e.g., Money Lending Act, Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds Act, Company law etc.)
