• Experience in reception or front desk roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and scheduling systems.
• Strong leadership, professionalism, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• More than advanced level of Both Japanese and English

• レセプションまたはフロントデスク業務の経験（スーパーバイザー経験があれば尚可）。
• 高いコミュニケーション力・対人スキル・接客スキル。
• 優れた組織力、マルチタスク能力、時間管理能力。
• MS Office、メール、スケジューリングシステムに精通していること。
• リーダーシップ、プロフェッショナリズム、問題解決力、細部への注意力。
• 日本語・英語ともに上級レベル以上。

- Oversee daily reception tasks, including greeting guests, handling calls/emails, and managing check-ins.
- Provide prompt, professional support and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Coordinate with other departments and assist with basic administrative needs.
- Follow company policies and security procedures.
