• 公認機関での工学学士号
• 最低3年の調達・在庫管理業務経験
• SAP MM/PPモジュールにおける最低7年の経験
• 少なくとも1回のSAP ERPライフサイクル全体の導入経験
• 大規模顧客に対するSAP ERPサポートの実績ある経験
• MMとPPの両モジュールにおける強力な設定知識
• SAP統合ツールおよびインターフェース環境（SAP PIなど）の実務経験

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years of domain experience in procurement and inventory management
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP MM/PP modules
• Experience in at least one full SAP ERP lifecycle implementation
• Proven experience in SAP ERP support for large clients
• Strong configuration knowledge in both MM and PP modules
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and interface environments (e.g., SAP PI)

• SAP MMおよびPPモジュールのサポートとエンハンスメントを促進し、クライアントのビジネスオペレーションを改善する。
• ビジネスSMEやエンドユーザーと協業し、要件の収集、問題のトラブルシューティング、トレーニングの提供
• 既存のビジネスプロセスを分析し、顧客のニーズに対応するSAPベースのソリューションを提案する。
• 以下のようなMM機能の設定とサポートの提供
• マスターデータ（材料、ベンダー、ソースリスト）
• 支払条件、価格設定手順
• リリース戦略、商品受領、在庫管理
• 請求書の確認と支払い
• 以下のようなPP機能の設定とサポートを行う：
• マスターデータ、BOM、MRP、キャパシティプランニング、需要管理
• 注文処理/実行、原価計算、期末締め処理
• 重大性に基づいてチケットを分類し、優先順位を付け、根本原因分析を行い、SLA内で確実に解決する。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと調整し、必要に応じて問題をエスカレーションする。
• 迅速な問題解決と継続的な改善のため、ドキュメントを整備し、知識を共有する。
• システムとインターフェイスを積極的に監視し、プロダクション・サポート・マネージャーに定期的にフィードバックを提供する
• 複数のインターフェイスを持つ環境での作業（SAP PI/PO経由など）

• Facilitate the support and enhancement of SAP MM and PP modules to improve client business operations
• Collaborate with business SMEs and end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions to address client needs
• Provide configuration and support for MM functionalities such as:
• Master Data (Material, Vendor, Source Lists)
• Payment terms, pricing procedures
• Release strategies, goods receipt, inventory management
• Invoice verification and payments
• Provide configuration and support for PP functionalities including:
• Master Data, BOMs, MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management
• Order processing/execution, Costing, and Period-End Closures
• Categorize and prioritize tickets based on severity, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within SLAs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge for faster issue resolution and continuous improvement
• Proactively monitor systems and interfaces, providing regular feedback to the Production Support Manager
• Work on environments with multiple interfaces (via SAP PI/PO, etc.)
