Key Qualifications

【Required Skills】
・Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Java (or) Python (or) PL/SQL (or) BMC/HP ITSM/Salesforce Tools Developer
・Proven experience in handling development and enhancement projects
・In-depth knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
・Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
・Effective communication and customer facing abilities.

【Nice to Have】
・Infrastructure Basic skills
・ITIL Process basic understanding

【Language】
・Candidates who are Fluent in Japanese and Business level English

Responsibility

【Training Program】
Key requirement : The candidate should be ready to learn Servicenow Configuration/Development activities with the extensive training plan and start handling Servicenow Developer Role
Responsibilities:
・Responsible for interacting with customers and stakeholders for requirement gathering to implementation, testing, operation
・Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.

【Department Information】
Our department is in charge of providing IT Service Management Process and tool solutions for ITO(Infrastructure) and AMO(application support) Services ;
Our main offerings areas follows:
Process implementation
ITSM Tools (Servicenow,SummitAI,BMC..)
ITAM Tools (Snow,Flexera)
Monitoring (Solarwinds,newrelic,datadog etc.)
Service intergration &Automation etc
Total department size is 80 (Japan and India)

Monthly salary: 270,000 yen to 400,000 yen *Determined according to our company regulations, taking into account experience and ability
