Founded in 1928, TAC is a prestigious private members’ club in Tokyo. Who We Are Looking For – FOH (Front of House)
We are seeking enthusiastic 2026 spring graduates to join our FOH team. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and want to provide excellent service directly to our members and guests, this is a great opportunity to start your career in an international and professional environment.

・Graduating from university / Vocational school in Spring 2026
・Good communication skills in English
・Japanese speakers are welcome
・Friendly, proactive, and enjoy working in a team

During the initial training period, you will rotate through each department, and your permanent placement will usually be decided within six months based on your strengths and interests.

・Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome
・Provide attentive service in restaurants and during events
・Take orders and serve food and beverages
・Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
・Support the preparation and operation of events and parties
・Deliver a comfortable and memorable experience for all guests

入社後の研修で各部署を回り、約半年を目安に適性に応じて配属が決まります。

・会員やゲストの受付・案内を行い、温かく迎える
・レストランやイベントでの丁寧な接客サービス
・オーダーの受付や料理・飲み物の提供
・キッチンスタッフと連携し、スムーズなサービス運営
・イベントやパーティーの準備・運営をサポート
・お客様に快適で特別な体験を提供

Graduates or soon-to-be graduates from hospitality-related / English -related universities or vocational schools are welcome
