職務要件：
• UXリサーチ＆デザイン専門知識 – Figma、PowerPoint、またはその他の現代的なデザインプラットフォームを使用したUXリサーチ、ユーザー中心デザイン、プロトタイピングにおける豊富な経験。
• 日本語能力（ネイティブレベル） – 日本の法律専門家やステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力。
• 英語能力（ビジネスレベル以上）。
• 業界知識 – 法律テクノロジー、プロフェッショナルサービス、または知識ベース産業での経験は大きな強みです。

推奨資格:
• UXデザイン/UXリサーチにおける5年以上の経験（企業向けまたはB2Bソフトウェアでの経験が望ましい）。
• 独立して作業し、戦略的なデザイン洞察を提供できる能力。
• アジャイル製品チームでの経験と、開発者や製品マネージャーとの協業経験。
• 法律テクノロジーまたは法律専門家との業務経験はプラス。
• ウェブベースの検索データベース製品やモバイルアプリケーションの経験は有利。

Job Qualifications:
• UX Research & Design Expertise – Strong experience in UX research, user-centered design, and prototyping using tools like Figma, PowerPoint, or other modern design platforms.
• Japanese Language Proficiency (Native-Level) – Strong ability to communicate with Japanese legal professionals and stakeholders.
• English Language proficiency (Business level or higher).
• Industry Knowledge – Prior experience in legal technology, professional services, or knowledge-based industries is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in UX design / UX research, preferably in enterprise or B2B software.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic design insights.
• Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating with developers and product managers.
• Familiarity with legal tech or working with legal professionals is a plus.
• Experience with web-based search database products and mobile applications is advantageous.

• 日本の法律市場におけるワークフロー、課題、デジタル変革の機会を把握するため、深いユーザーリサーチを実施する。
• プロダクトマネージャー、開発者、編集者、グローバルデザインチームと協業する。
• 法律リサーチに関連する分野や課題領域において、新たなアプローチの探索とアイデアの創出を行う。
• グローバルデザイン基準との整合性を確保しつつ、日本の市場ニーズに適応する。
• UXバックログの管理と優先順位付けを行い、リサーチから実装までのイニシアチブを推進する。
• A/Bテスト（プロダクトマネジメントと協力）または定性リサーチ（自身で行うか、UXリサーチャーと協力）を通じてデザインを検証する。

• Lead UX design and research for Our client.
• Develop new features and improve user experience for legal professionals.
• Conduct deep user research to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation in the Japanese legal market.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, editors, and global design teams.
• Explore and ideate new approaches in legal-research adjacent segments and problem spaces
• Ensure alignment with global design standards while adapting to Japan’s market needs.
• Manage and prioritize the UX backlog, driving initiatives from research to implementation.
• Validate your designs through A/B testing (working with product management) and/or through qualitative research (either yourself or working with a UX researcher)
