HirePlanner.com is a growing HR Tech start-up in Japan. We provide an "all in one" SaaS HR Recruiting and Employer Branding platform designed to help companies recruit top talent in Japan. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of volunteers to support us with the planning and coordination of our upcoming IT Tech career networking events.

- Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Japanese business communication skills is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Passion for social media networking and community-building.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
- Ability to do public speaking is a plus.

As a volunteer, your role may vary depending on your skills, interests, and passion. Here are some key responsibilities you might take on:

- Support sales promotion efforts to attract quality brands hiring in Japan.
- Promote the event on social media platforms to boost registrations.
- Grow the HirePlanner Tech Community
- Coordinate catering and drinks for the event
- Engage in public speaking to address event participants during the event. Potentially act as an MC to introduce each speaker and maintain event flow.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup to ensure seamless operations.
- Work closely with the HirePlanner Event management team to coordinate logistics.
- Collaborate with the photo shoot and video filming crew to help us create inspiring and engaging content.

- Must be available on Thursday July 10th from 2:00pm until 10:00pm⚠️
- Flexible working hours based on the scope of your role and your schedule availability
- Possibility to work from home but must be based in Japan and available for meetings in Tokyo area
