You'll promote sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage booking numbers. As a Sales Account Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships within these accounts and work to sell Red Hat's solutions, including professional services. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, as you will regularly call customer executives within your assigned accounts with your manager. You'll also need to understand executives' challenges to make call scenarios, define problems, and demonstrate how Red Hat's offerings and solutions can solve them.

You will build solid relationships with senior members of Red Hat’s customer’s infrastructure, networking, and operations teams by helping them architect modern, agile, and flexible infrastructure. Additionally, you will be seen as a trusted advisor to enterprise and domain architects and form relationships with senior IT and business leaders. We’ll need you to have a combination of experience in pre sales customer discovery session facilitation, post-sales detailed design workshops, and implementation governance.
