私たちは、グローバル自動車メーカーのSDV(Software Defined Vehicle)への対応や新たなモビリティサービスの実現をめざして、ソフトウェア・クラウドサービス事業を行う新会社として2024年11月に創業しました。クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境（例：デジタルツイン）提供を中心として急成長中のスタートアップです。

現在、社内ITについては専任組織が小さく、会社の成長に合わせて、「信頼（ISO27001対応）」「スピード（AIを活用した業務スループット最大化）」「身軽さ（SaaS中心）」「軽量ガバナンス」という4つのIT戦略の柱を同時に実現する必要があります。デジタル推進室（Digital Empowerment Office: DEO）の中核人材として、室長と連携しながらIT戦略の実行を推進する新しい仲間を募集しています。

Astemo Cypremos株式会社は、グローバル自動車メーカーの SDV（Software Defined Vehicle）対応や次世代モビリティの進化を支えるために設立されたスタートアップで、クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境（例：デジタルツイン）を軸に事業を成長させています。
FY25〜FY26にかけて、プロダクト開発・事業拡大・グローバル展開を進める中で、必要なケイパビリティを適時獲得しながら、社員が高いパフォーマンスを出し続けられる環境づくりを加速しています。

本ポジションは Head of People直下で、これまで整備してきた人事労務・People Operationsの基盤を引き継ぎ、急拡大する組織を支える「実装の中核」を担います。採用・オンボーディング・勤怠/給与社保・評価運用などの日々の実務を回しつつ、ツール活用（HirePlanner / Deel / Workday Shell / ジョブカン / Power Apps 等）と仕組み化で、他部門がコア業務に集中できる状態をつくります。
