募集背景：
事業拡大に伴い、当社の決済プラットフォームを利用する加盟店数・業種の多様性が急速に拡大しています。これまで加盟店審査業務はカスタマーサクセス部の一機能として運用してきましたが、リスク管理・コンプライアンス要件の高度化、ならびに審査件数の増加を背景に、加盟店審査部を独立した組織として運用・強化を進めています。

本ポジションでは、加盟店審査部のマネージャーとして、加盟店審査（KYC/KYB）体制の設計・高度化をリードするとともに、事業成長と健全なリスク管理を両立させる審査基盤の構築を担っていただきます。

まずはマネージャーとして自ら現場に入り、審査オペレーションの運用・改善をリードいただきます。裁量と責任を持ち、組織・プロセスを作り上げていくことができるポジションです。

※本ポジションはマネージャーとしての採用ですが、ご経験・ご志向、および入社後の実績や適性に応じて、将来的に加盟店審査部の責任者（Head）をお任せする可能性もあります。

募集背景
KOMOJUは、SteamやTikTokといったグローバルブランドの決済を支える、日本発のクロスボーダー決済ゲートウェイです。現在、さらなる事業拡大に向け、特にSMB（中堅・中小企業）層のGMV（流通取引総額）最大化を最優先事項としています。

これまではセールスチームが導入から運用までを兼務してきましたが、今後はCSチームを独立させ、「プロダクトへのVOC反映（Market-in）」を加速させるフェーズにあります。

ヘルススコアや分析基盤についても、完成を待たずにすでに走らせながら、実データを見ながら改善を重ねている段階です。単なる「顧客対応」に留まらず、加盟店との関係構築を軸に、CS組織の型作りからプロダクト改善、他部門（データ・開発・営業）との連携までをリードしていただけるキーパーソンを募集します。

オペレーションを単なる「裏方業務」ではなく、プロダクトとビジネスを直接的に支える重要な基盤として捉えています。
このポジションでは、加盟店様がKOMOJUをスムーズに利用するための設定業務や、日々の決済データの照合・管理といった実務の中核を担っていただきます。

その上で、法務・コンプライアンス・カスタマーサクセス・エンジニアリングなど多様な部署と連携し、日々の業務を通じて見えてくる課題に対する「効率化」や「サービス品質向上」に向けた改善アクションにも積極的に取り組んでいただきたいと考えています。
