Manager, Omni IT Retail CRM Customer Engagement is responsible both Retail systems and Customer Engagement Systems
(including CRM systems) for Japan and APAC in multi brand, except Grater China.
The person in this position will have responsibility for business relationship/partnership management and project initiation and delivery
Major stakeholders are Japan/Singapore/Malaysia/Korea business team and Japan/Asia IT team. Major systems are POS, Store Inventory management,
T&A, CRM, Line/Web Clienteling, Loyalty Program..etc.
• IT Organization is regionally structured in Asia, and this position will be a member of Asia Omni IT team
(Retail/Customer Engagement/E-comm for Japan and Asia except Grater China).
• Asia stores include Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia/New Zealand and Grater China stores include China,
