The need has arisen for an experienced bilingual project manager to join our organisation.
Your core responsibilities will be to plan, manage and coordinate Mar-Com projects and tasks from planning, production & activation.

You master the art of effective-communication and your time management and organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

1- Maintain and enhance client and stakeholders relationship
2- Plan, execute and manage multiple online and offline projects
3- Coordinate, control deadlines and deliver tangible results
4- Provide general project administration services
5- Support project budget control, financial analysis, billings and invoice processing
6- Maintain an up-to-date project roadmap & delivery schedule
7- Prepare, lead and take project meeting minutes
8- Pro-actively follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion
9- Develop and issue project reports
10- Collect and share project information with project stakeholders
11- Communicate project progress & utilisation of resources
12- Forecast potential progress and status to various stakeholders
13- Perform other related duties as assigned
14- Support functions necessary for project delivery and completion
