スキル・資格

• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
• 5+ years of experience in training, project management, personal development, learning and development related fields
• Prior experience in people management and/or team support is desired
• Clear understanding of digital and virtual learning tools
• Advanced skills in Proficiency of Windows software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Fast learner, proactive, and flexible
• Organized and action driven individual with proven problem solving skills

業務内容

The Sales Training Manager works closely with APAC and internal stakeholders amongst our wholesale and retail channels to develop training programs and plans based on business priorities and strategies. You will be responsible for material creation if no prior existing contents from Corporate exist and lead the execution including facilitation and monitoring of training activities to all target learners in Japan subsidiary (office, wholesale, and retail functions).

• Builds and reinforces a culture of digital learning to respond to all business needs.
• Assesses business and learners’ needs.
• Drives and promotes learning curriculum for all target learners, owns the tracking of project status against key milestones and evaluate ability to achieve timeline.
• Keeps learning plans alive and updated regularly and engagement levels with all target audience.
• Executive presence: ability to interact and engage with upper-level leadership.
• Remain up to date on key initiatives, changes, and strategies within the local market.
• Stay informed of current virtual delivery trends, tools, and strategies.
• Managing projects and evaluating results to report back to business
• Hosts virtual classroom on related topics on training program
• Tracks and delivers on training KPI’s.
• Tracks and analyses the effectiveness of training solutions; gathers feedback from the learners and relays back to corporate team to evolve training offerings.
• Be responsible for the review process of localized content for digital courses.
