職務内容:
・トランザクションチームをリードし、コンサルティング部門の責任者に報告する。
・トランザクションビジネスとチームを発展させ、クライアントとの関係を維持し、取引の成功を確保する。
・買収および売却に関連する取引をサポートし、各段階で取引リスクを評価し、必要な分析を実施する。
・財務デューデリジェンス、評価分析、取引構造の策定、ポストマージャーインテグレーションサポートなどのサービスを提供する。
・高い技術力を活かしてチームを構築・管理し、クライアントに高品質なサービスを提供する。
・チームを採用し、リードし、インスパイアして、彼らが最大限の能力を発揮できるようにする。

Job Description:
・You will lead our Transaction team, reporting to the Head of Consulting
・You will develop the Transaction business and team and maintain client relationships, ensuring the success of transactions.
・Support transactions related to acquisitions and disposals, evaluating transaction risks and conducting necessary analyses at each stage.
・Provide services such as financial due diligence, valuation analysis, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration support.
・Your sound technical skills will enable you to structure and manage the team as to deliver high quality services to our clients.
・You will recruit, lead and inspire the team to ensure they reach their full potential

Selection Process
・Document screening → Interview (The number of rounds and content may vary depending on the position)

Notification of Selection Results

・The final selection result will be communicated within approximately 2 weeks after the interview.

Probation Period
Applicable (6 months, no change in employment conditions during the probation period)
