• コンピューターサイエンス、生物科学、または関連分野の学士号取得者、または同等の経験者。
• 情報システムおよび/または情報システムに関連する研究所での7～10年以上の経験を持つプロフェッショナル。
• ソフトウェアプログラムおよびアプリケーションに関するシステム分析の実施経験。
• チームへの統合能力 オフショアの技術チームや顧客、エンドユーザーなど複数のチームとの連携能力。
• 新しいシステム、プログラム、アプリケーションをビジネスオペレーションやサービスと効率的に統合することができる。
• 製造業（できれば石油・ガス）におけるドメイン知識。
• 強力なデータ収集と分析スキル
• ビジネスアナリシスとビジネスプロセスの技術的理解
• コンピュータ・サイエンスまたは情報技術の学士号、および経営コンサルタントの認定資格（必須ではない）、または同等の資格。
• 新しいソフトウェアシステムの使用を促進するための卓越したコミュニケーションスキル。

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Biological Sciences, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional with more than 7 to 10 years of experience in information system and/or in a laboratory setting related to information system.
• Experience in Performing system analysis related to software programs and applications.
• Proven ability to integrate into a team. Ability to liaise with multiple teams like offshore technical team and customers or end-users.
• Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
• Domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industries preferably in any of Oil & Gas.
• Strong data-gathering and analysis skills.
• Strong technical understanding of business analysis and business process.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy (not Mandatory), or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems
