You must be able to clearly say yes or no to clients.
If you can't communicate your intentions to clients who make mistakes or don't meet deadlines, your work won't go smoothly.
The payroll manager at Forvis Mazars must be able to say not only ‘Yes’ but also ‘No’.

The client must be able to communicate their intentions to the payroll manager.
We are looking for people who can work on their own initiative, rather than those who can only work according to a manual.
The culture of the company is that the payroll team is not lacking in this area, and that people are able to go and get information on their own and honestly ask questions when they don't understand something.

You will have multiple clients yourself and will have to work in parallel with each company's payroll.
You will also have to do all the requests for information and invoices from clients, so if you are waiting, you will not finish the work you have to do.

必須条件
・給与計算業務経験3年以上
・エクセル（X,Vlookup、SUMIF、Pivotの業務経験）
・英語：クライアントと交渉やディスカッションができるレベル

尚可条件
・社会保険労務士有資格者（勉強中の方、勉強を始めようと考えている方も歓迎）
・ベンダーでの給与計算業務経験者
・リモートワーク経験者

MUST
At least 3 years' experience in payroll calculation.
Excel (X, Vlookup, SUMIF, Pivot work experience)
English: Level of ability to negotiate and discuss with clients.

NICE TO HAVE
Qualified social insurance labour consultants (those who are studying or thinking of starting their studies are also welcome)
Experience in payroll calculation at a vendor.
Experience of working remotely.

月給 （420,000円～685,000円）
＊基本給343,350円～559,975円、固定残業代76,650円～125,025円（30時間分）を含む
（年収5,000,000円～8,000,000円）
＊30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給

Monthly Salary (420,000 JPY - 685,000 JPY)
・Base salary 343,350 JPY - 559,975 JPY (30 hours overtime included)
・Expected Yearly Salary 5,000,000 JPY - 8,000,000 JPY
＊If overtime exceed 30 hours, exceeded overtime will be paid additionally

週休2日制（土・日）、法定有給休暇（初年度20日付与＊入社月によって変動）、試験休暇、育児・介護休暇、産前産後休暇

2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), statutory paid leave (20 days granted in the first year *depending on the month of employment), examination leave, childcare/nursing care leave, maternity leave before and after childbirth
