必須要件：
・コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェアエンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号または修士号。
・債券業務に特化したアプリケーション開発者としての実績ある経験、できればシニアまたはリードの役割。
・債券金融商品、プロセス、債券市場全般に関する深い知識。
・Java、C++、C#、Python、または業界で使用されているその他の言語など、関連言語における優れたプログラミングスキルと熟練度。
・Bloomberg、Eikon、Aladdin、または同様のツールなど、一般的に使用されている債券プラットフォームやシステムの使用経験。
・データベース管理システム、SQL、データモデリングの概念を理解していること。
・アジャイル開発手法とその企業環境への適用に精通していること。
・複雑な問題に取り組み、革新的な解決策を提案できる高い分析力と問題解決能力。
・クロスファンクショナルチームで効果的に業務を遂行し、ビジネスステークホルダーとの接点を持つことができる優れたコミュニケーションスキルとコラボレーションスキル。
・関連業界の規制やベストプラクティスに関する知識があれば尚可。
・金融システム（特にフィクスト・インカム）の開発経験が5年以上あること。
・IT部門以外の担当者、外国人マルチカルチャー・バックグラウンド、ベンダーとのディスカッションを管理するための口頭/書面でのコミュニケーションに優れていること。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション
・Java、Linux、Oracle、クライアントサーバーモデルに関する高い技術スキル

歓迎要件：
・Linux、ネットワーク、データベース（Oracle）のインフラ知識。
・JSDA販売士資格(1種)を有することが望ましい。
・他言語での技術開発経験

Qualifications：
・Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
・Proven experience as an application developer specializing in Fixed Income business, preferably in a senior or lead role.
・Strong knowledge of Fixed Income financial instruments, processes, and the overall Fixed Income market.
・Excellent programming skills and proficiency in relevant languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or other languages used in the industry.
・Experience with commonly used fixed income platforms or systems such as Bloomberg, Eikon, Aladdin, or similar tools.
・Solid understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
・Familiarity with agile development methodologies and their application in an enterprise environment.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interface with business stakeholders.
・Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices would be advantageous.
・At least 5 years of experience in development of financial systems (especially Fixed Income).
・Excellence in communication in verbal/written documents for managing discussion with non-IT counterpart, person with foreign multi-cultural backgrounds and vendors
・Japanese-language communication
・Strong technical skills in Java, Linux, Oracle, and client server models.

Preferred Qualifications：
・Infrastructure knowledge in Linux, networking, and database (Oracle).
・Having JSDA Sales Representative Qualifications (Class-1) is preferred
・Technical development experience in other languages

・トレーディング・プラットフォーム、リスク管理システム、分析ツールなど、債券ビジネスに特化したアプリケーションの開発、拡張、保守。
・ビジネス・ステークホルダー、トレーダー、ポートフォリオ・マネージャー、リスク・マネージャーと協力して要件を理解し、ニーズを効果的に満たすソフトウェア・ソリューションを開発する。
・フィクスト・インカムの領域に関連するプログラミング言語、フレームワーク、ツールを使用して、堅牢でスケーラブル、かつパフォーマンスの高いアプリケーションを設計、構築する。
・コードレビューの実施、複雑な問題のトラブルシューティング、ベストプラクティスと標準に従った高品質なコードデリバリーの確保。
・適切なセキュリティ対策を実施し、MiFID II、SEC規制、バーゼルIIIなど債券分野の規制へのコンプライアンスを確保する。
・ペースの速いトレーディング環境をサポートするため、リアルタイムのデータ処理とパフォーマンスのためにアプリケーションを最適化する。
・他の開発者、テスター、ビジネスアナリスト、インフラチームを含む部門横断的なチームと協力し、アプリケーションのスムーズな統合と展開を実現する。
・債券業務に関連する業界動向、技術的進歩、ベストプラクティスを常に把握し、アプリケーションやプロセスの改善に役立てる。
・若手開発者を指導し、知識を共有し、継続的な学習と改善の文化を醸成する。
債券トレーディング・プラットフォームの維持・強化
・スケーラビリティ、レイテンシ、冗長性、柔軟性を考慮した債券取引システムのアーキテクチャ設計。
開発チームをリード/管理し、他のチームと協調してプロジェクトを円滑に遂行する。

・Developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications specifically focused on Fixed Income business, such as trading platforms, risk management systems, or analytics tools.
・Collaborating with business stakeholders, traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers to understand requirements and develop software solutions that meet their needs effectively.
・Designing and building robust, scalable, and performant applications using programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the Fixed Income domain.
・Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality code delivery following best practices and standards.
・Implementing appropriate security measures and ensuring compliance with regulations in the Fixed Income space, such as MiFID II, SEC regulations, or Basel III.
・Optimizing applications for real-time data processing and performance to support fast-paced trading environments.
・Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other developers, testers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
・Staying up to date with relevant industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Fixed ・Income business and applying them to enhance applications and processes.
・Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
・Maintain and enhance the Fixed Income trading platform.
・Design Fixed Income trading system architecture, with consideration of scalability, latency, redundancy, and flexibility.
・Lead/manage a team of developers, and co-ordinate with other teams, to execute the project smoothly.
