We are planning to hire a biligual Account Director to join our team.
Your core responsibilities will be to truly care for, initiate and maintain collaboration with, and suggest effective solutions to help globally-minded clients achieve thier growth ambitions.
Collaboration is the key that helps us unlock sustainable growth so we expect experienced contributors to show the way and empower our team to grow even happier & stronger together.

7- Advertising

You are a fine Business Development and Marketing Strategist committed to managing performance and achieving sustainable growth.
You know how to set priorities, design effective action plans, trigger & maintain collaboration and report on status & progress.
Since you are passionate about developing and managing authentic and mutually fruitful business relationships, you always tell clients what you think they need to know and not only what you know they want to hear.
You are a solution-driven positive-thinker with great people & project management skills and you master the art of effective communication.
Your time management and organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

1- To develop and manage effective business relationships with collaborators, clients, partners
2- To plan, execute and oversea business development activities
3- To manage client projects and achieve sustainable & mutual growth with them
4- To report on accounts activities, status & progresses
5- To scope out, present, propose and estimate projects
6- To manage project invoicing
7- To manage partners and suppliers communication and payment
8- To manage subsidy & grant applications
9- To dessign effective business development and marketing strategies for both RealCRO and clients
10- To anticipate and manage project related expenses and profits
11- To forecast potential progress and status to various stakeholders
12- To perform other related duties as assigned
13- To support functions necessary for project delivery and completion

For this role a relevant management experience in Business Development is a big plus but we welcome all self-aware and self-driven human beings looking to constantly enhance themselves and create reciprocal opportunities.
Degrees are great but attitude is even more important.
