• Responsible for the set-up, preparation, and service of daily assigned section within the kitchen
• Focus on consistency and quality while adhering to all relevant Japanese laws and food safety regulations
• maintains personal involvement in day-to-day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef

• Basic cooking school certificate preferable

Prepare an array of American comfort food and healthy modern fare using seasonal ingredients throughout the year.

Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
