We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., are a startup established in November 2024 to support global automakers' SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) initiatives and the evolution of next-generation mobility. As a rapidly growing technology company providing cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins), we have multiple development projects running concurrently.
As a core member of the engineering team in our Solution & Service Department, we are looking for an engineer who is passionate about solving customer challenges through technology and driving business growth as a core member of the Solution & Service Department.
In this role, you will not only design and develop solutions, but also work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, propose the most effective solutions, and lead projects through successful implementation.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on customers' businesses by combining technical expertise with problem-solving and consulting capabilities. You will be involved throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from ideation and proposal to development, deployment, and continuous improvement, leveraging modern cloud and AI technologies.

必須スキル・経験
• クラウドアプリケーションの開発経験（5年以上）
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計の経験（モノリス・マイクロサービス問わず）
• プロジェクトマネージャーまたはTech Leadとしての実務経験（3年以上）
• 顧客との要件整理、課題ヒアリング、または技術提案の経験
• クラウド（AWS, Azure, GCP いずれか）の利用経験
• AI, 生成 AI を活用したプロジェクト経験
• TypeScript, Python, Java, Go などモダンな言語での実装経験
• Git, Docker, CI/CD 等の開発基盤に関する知識
• ネイティブレベルの日本語 （日本語能力試験 N1相当）
歓迎スキル・経験
• スタートアップや新規事業における開発経験
• 機械学習やデジタルツインなど先進技術を活用した開発経験
• 製造業の開発、生産に関連した開発経験

Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in developing web or cloud applications
• Experience in software architecture design (monolithic or microservices)
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Tech Lead
• Experience working directly with customers to define requirements and propose technical solutions
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience delivering projects utilizing AI and Generative AI technologies
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go
• Knowledge of development infrastructure including Git, Docker, CI/CD
• Native level in Japanese (JLPT N1 level)
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience in startup or new business development
• Experience in advanced technologies such as machine learning or digital twin
• Experience in embedded software development for the manufacturing industry
• Experience collaborating with global teams
• Business level or higher proficiency in English (spoken and written)
