The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns, specifically for ecommerce brands.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report insights and recommendations effectively.
Adaptability: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, especially in the ecommerce space.
Japanese Market: Basic understanding of Japanese marketing trends and best practices,

Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms tailored to ecommerce objectives.
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to refine targeting strategies.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and drive revenue growth.
Create performance reports with actionable insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
