スキル・資格

-Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-More than 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
-A positive and confident member of the People team who understands the wider impact of their contribution on other parts of the business.
-In-depth Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
-Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll process.
-Experience in employee welfare/benefit programs, rewards and recognition programs.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and HR project management experience.
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization.
-Excellent attention to detail.
-Strong organisational and time management skills.
-Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
-Collaborative with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
-Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment.
-Fluent level written and verbal English, professional level Japanese.

業務内容

The Role
We are looking for a Junior People Business Partner to support our teams based in Japan. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Director on key projects to support Conde Nast Japan as it relates to People initiatives, strategies and programs to help drive business results at one of the top media related organizations. Operating as an integrated member of the Japan People team, the Junior People BP will support the achievement of business goals through supporting a wide range of People Agenda.

What will you be doing?
Act as a strategic People partner for the business with focus on talent development, performance management, offering coaching to People Leaders, reward and recognition and employee engagement related initiatives to nurture high performing organisations.
Partners/collaborates with business stakeholders related to the full end to end employee lifecycle, including case management on employee relations matters, offering guidance to work-related issues to proactively find solutions.
In collaboration with People Operations Specialist, plays a key role in managing payroll processing/work attendance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Assists the People Director in developing and implementing People strategies to deliver a range of solutions aligned with the overall business strategy, takes lead in implementation of project work and change management initiatives to align with business goals.
Develops employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Supports implementation of employee welfare/benefit programs and wellness initiatives to enhance work-life balance.
Effectively works in partnership with Global People Functions and central COE teams with a solution-oriented growth mind-set.
Provides backup support to the People Director and ensures People service continuity for the business and operational excellence on employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


勤務時間

9:30~18:00をベースとしたフレックスタイム制(コアタイム 11:00~15:30)
