The Paid Media Specialist (or AdTech Strategist) is a unique hybrid, blending hands-on technical execution with forward-thinking innovation. This person is the critical link who translates strategic goals into tangible, measurable, and innovative results. This role is defined by a powerful duality: the precise execution of a Paid Media Technician combined with the strategic foresight of an Innovator. This person is the engine that delivers and evolves the agency's core mission.

スキル・資格

The ideal candidate is a T-shaped professional. They have deep, hands-on expertise in paid digital media (the vertical part of the "T") and a broad, strategic understanding of the entire marketing-to-sales funnel and emerging technologies (the horizontal part). They are a doer and a thinker, equally comfortable optimizing a PPC campaign and researching the potential of AR filters for a client's product.

- Native-level Japanese; business-level English
- Some relevant internship or junior-level experience in digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and campaign planning
- Experience in writing short-form content for digital advertising
- Eager to learn how to analyze campaigns and website performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Strong interest in tracking metrics, managing budget, and regularly proposing how to improve performance
- Good attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player: eager to provide insight and receive feedback
- Ability to work under pressure: self-motivated, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity, and an objective-focused and positive approach
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, PPC, or email marketing, including platforms like Google ads, Yahoo ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, LINE ads, etc.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to grow into a content expert under guidance

業務内容

Part 1: The Paid Media Technician (The "How" & "Where")
This function is the operational core of the role. The AdTech Strategist is responsible for the hands-on management of digital advertising campaigns to achieve specific, data-driven outcomes.
> Hands-On Campaign Management: The strategist personally executes, manages, and optimizes paid media campaigns. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role responsible for turning strategy into action.
> Core Channels: The focus is on the primary digital advertising channels:
> PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Strategy, planning, and execution on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
> Display Ads: Strategy for programmatic and direct buys across relevant networks.
> Social Ads: Strategy and campaign management on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), etc.
> Performance & ROI Focus: The ultimate measure of success is performance. This includes:
> Budget Management: Strategic allocation and vigilant management of client ad spend to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
> KPI & Reporting: Setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously monitoring campaign performance against them, and providing clear reports to stakeholders.
> Optimization: Relentlessly analyzing data to optimize campaigns for better traffic quality, higher conversion rates, and lower cost-per-acquisition.

Part 2: The Innovator (The "Next" & "Better")
This function is what differentiates the role from a typical media buyer and aligns it with the agency's unique mission. It focuses on finding smarter, faster ways to generate results for clients.
> Mission-Driven Focus: The core mission is to generate qualified leads and deliver Quick-Wins, which is especially critical for the agency's target clients who are often short-staffed.
> Strategic Channel Expansion: The strategist must proactively look beyond the mainstream platforms (Google, Yahoo!, Meta). Their value lies in discovering and leveraging niche, industry-specific, and trade media platforms where high-intent target audiences convene.
> Full-Funnel Consultation: This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales. The strategist studies and recommends automated Inside Sales services (e.g., CRMs, lead nurturing software) to help time-poor clients efficiently manage and convert the leads that are generated.
> Future-Tech Pioneer: Inspired by "out-of-the-box thinking," the strategist is the agency's authority on emerging advertising technologies. They stay current on trends and evaluate the practical application of Apps, VR, AR, and other new technologies for lead generation purposes.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

The AdTech Strategist does not work in a silo. They are the execution arm for a broader team strategy, receiving the WHY (purpose) from Strategic Planners, the WHEN (timing) from PR Strategists, and the WHAT/WHO (content/audience) from the Content Strategist to determine the WHERE (platforms) and HOW (execution).

Additionally, until a dedicated Advertising Coordinator is hired, this role requires the flexibility to manage traditional media inquiries (TV, radio, print, OOH) to ensure a cohesive media presence for the client.


勤務時間

9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday (Work from home and/or office flexibility)
