Oversee staff training and development, foster effective communication between service and kitchen teams, ensure compliance with F&B standards, manage budgets and expenses to achieve KPIs, execute outlet promotions, and support recruitment and hiring activities.

スタッフ育成や店舗運営、売上管理、販促企画、採用など、チームと協力しながら幅広くお店づくりに関わっていただくポジションです。

• At least 4 years progressive experience in Food and Beverage up to Department Head level, preferably with exposures to all aspects of casual and formal dining.
• University/College/Hotel school education preferred.
• Advance -level English (BULATS 4 / TOEIC 850)
• Beginner-level Japanese (conversational skills) are preferred
• Computer literacy ( MS Office, POS, Abacus)
• Strong hands-on, service-oriented supervisor with proven leadership

• 4年以上のカジュアル、フォーマルダイニング両方における部門長以上の経験
• 大学、短大、ホテル学校を修了された方が望ましい
• 上級レベルの英語力（BULATS 4 / TOEIC850）
• 初級レベルの日本語（会話力）が望ましい
• コンピューター基礎知識　MS Office, POS, Abacus
• 強いリーダーシップとスタッフの管理実績

- Oversee and plan OJT training and cross training short and long development plans for staff
- Demonstrate leadership in open communication amongst the service and kitchen staff and improve as needed.
- Maintain adherence to established F&B policies, hygiene standards, service standards, etc.
- Achieve or exceed budget through KPI management
- Control and optimize all expenses
- Create and execute the promotions for the success of the outlets
- Involvement in recruitment and conducting interview procedure.

- 既定の飲料部ポリシー、衛生管理、サービススタンダードの維持、改善

- 経常費用の管理、最適化を図る
- アウトレットの売り上げ向上につながるプロモーションの企画と実施
- 面接等採用活動に参加

University/College/Hotel school education preferred

Working Hours: 5 days/week (including weekends/national holidays)
Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 6:30 a.m. and 9：30 p.m
