We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team, with responsibility for driving best-in-class recruitment outcomes across both early careers and experienced hiring across Japan and the wider APAC region.
You will own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and attraction through to assessment, selection, and offer management. This includes leading our graduate and intern recruitment strategies across APAC, working closely with universities, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating recruitment activity for entry-level talent.
You will also be a key partner to hiring managers for experienced roles, advising on inclusive recruitment strategies, running tailored hiring campaigns, and championing a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
Given the collaborative nature of our team and the small size of our local office, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our P&C Operations Advisor, and to occasionally support broader P&C Operations and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives — gaining valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
We are a close-knit, high-performing, and supportive team that values curiosity, accountability, and shared success. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and enjoy working across a variety of projects and talent areas, this could be the ideal next step for you.
Required attributes:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer) within a complex, fast-paced organisation
Experience managing both early careers (graduate/intern) and experienced hiring processes
Strong stakeholder management skills across regional and international teams
Familiarity with the APAC early careers landscape and university systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and priorities effectively
Experience designing or supporting employer branding and talent attraction campaigns
Fluency in English (C1) and native or JLPT N1-level Japanese
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
A proactive, curious mindset and enthusiasm for experimenting, learning, and improving
Desirable attributes
Skilled in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and data-driven recruitment approaches
Experience in volume hiring and recruitment marketing, ideally within professional services
Knowledge of inclusive selection and assessment design, particularly for early careers
International outlook with strong local insights into hiring trends and practices
Passion for broader P&C topics including onboarding and development
