On October 15th, we are bringing together some of the most innovative companies and ambitious tech professionals in Japan for the Tokyo Tech Meetup x Career Event — and we are excited to make this our most impactful edition yet.

Designed as a high-energy, bilingual networking experience, this event connects forward-thinking companies hiring in Japan with talented professionals interested in the tech scene in Japan (engineers, solution architects, developers, and tech leaders who are shaping the future).

10月15日、私たちは日本のテック業界をリードする革新的な企業と、志の高いテックプロフェッショナルが集う「東京テックミートアップ x キャリアイベント」を開催します。これまで以上にインパクトのあるイベントにしたいと考えています。

このイベントは、エネルギーあふれるバイリンガルのネットワーキングイベントです。日本で採用を行う先進企業と、日本のテックシーンに関心を持つ優秀なプロフェッショナル（エンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、デベロッパー、そして未来を創るテックリーダーなど）をつなぎます。

We care more about mindset than background. You may be a student, a young professional, or someone exploring a new direction — what matters most is your energy and solution oriented attitude.

We’re looking for individuals who:

【Requirements】
- Comfortable communicating in Japanese; conversational English or higher, or a strong motivation to develop your English skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in parallel

【Nice to Have】
- Interest in technology, recruiting, startups, or community building
- Enjoy supporting others and creating positive experiences
- Event operations experience (not required, but a plus)
- Motivation to learn about event planning through this internship

As an Event Supporter, you will work closely with the HirePlanner team to ensure a seamless and inspiring experience for attendees and participating companies.

Your role may include:
- Welcoming guests at the reception
- Supporting event flow and session coordination
- Guiding attendees and speakers throughout the venue
- Helping with venue setup and logistics
- Supporting Media Video Crew
- Coordinating light F&B management
- Communicating with the core event team to resolve issues quickly

Before the Event Day
Once selected, you will join an online orientation session before the event (scheduled for the evening of October 10 or 13, 2026 — attending one session is required). We'll walk through your role and the flow of the day so you can feel fully prepared on event day.

Roles will be assigned collaboratively based on team strengths and event needs. You won’t just observe the event — you’ll help shape it.

イベントサポーターとして、皆さんにはHirePlannerチームと密に連携しながら、参加者や出展企業にとってスムーズでインスピレーションあふれる体験を提供していただきます。

当日の役割：
- 受付での来場者対応・ウェルカムサポート
- イベント全体の進行サポートやセッション運営補助
- 会場内での参加者・登壇者のご案内
- 会場設営や当日の運営サポート（ロジスティクス対応）
- 軽食・ドリンク（F&B）の簡単なサポート
- イベントチームとの連携による迅速なトラブル対応

参加までの流れ
ご採用が決まった方には、イベント本番前にオンラインでの説明会にご参加いただきます(2026年10月10日または13日の夕方〜夜を予定、いずれか1回)。当日の役割分担や進行の流れをここで共有しますので、安心して本番に臨んでいただけます。

担当する役割は、チームそれぞれの強みや当日のニーズを考慮しながら、協力して決定します。
イベントを“見る側”ではなく、イベントを“創る側”として関わっていただきます。

Event Details:
EVENT DATE: Thursday, October 15th, 2026, 14:30 – 21:00 (main program)

Shift: Two-shift system, one shift assigned per intern
　Shift A: 9:30–16:00 (includes venue setup/preparation)
　Shift B: 15:30–21:30 (includes second half of the event and breakdown)
*Time before/after the main program is allocated for venue setup and breakdown work.

Location: Tokyo Tamachi, Minato City Industry Promotion Center 11F

勤務条件：

勤務時間:2交代制、いずれか1シフトを担当いただきます
　シフトA 9:30〜16:00(会場設営・準備を含む)
　シフトB 15:30〜21:30(イベント本編後半・撤収を含む)
※本編開始・終了時刻の前後は、会場設営および撤収作業のための勤務時間です

場所： イベント会場（東京田町, 港区立産業振興センター11F）
