• 美術、コンピューターサイエンスの学士号、または同等の学位。
• 4年以上のデザイン経験（ポートフォリオ提出必須）、
• Figmaやその他のグラフィックデザインツールPhotoshop/illustrator等でのワイヤーフレーム作成経験。
• HTML、CSS、JSなどのフロントエンド技術でプロトタイプを作成できる。
• アップル、アンドロイド、マック、ウィンドウズなど、様々なネイティブプラットフォームのUIガイドラインを理解していること、
• 複雑な顧客向けデジタル機能や製品のプロトタイプや詳細なワイヤーフレームを作成した経験。
• チーム横断的な業務経験があり、デザイナー、プロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、リサーチ、マーケティングからのフィードバックやインプットを統合した経験があること。
• 日本語能力必須
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience of design (Portfolio Submission required),
• Experience with wireframing with Figma and other graphic design tools Photoshop/illustrator etc.
• Able to prototype with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS and JS.
• Understand the platform specific UI guidelines for different native planforms like Apple, Android, Mac, Windows,
• Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex customer-facing digital features and products.
• Experience working cross-team and synthesizing feedback and input from designers, product management, engineering, research and marketing.
• Japanese language proficiency is must.

• デザインチーム、エンジニアリングチーム、プロダクトチームと密接に連携し、ユーザーを理解しながらソリューションを設計、評価する。
• デザインシステム、ウェブ、モバイルプラットフォームの保守と拡張。
• クロスファンクショナルチームと協働し、異なるチームのリサーチチームやマーケティングチームからのフィードバックやインプットを統合する経験。
• UIコピーライティングの日本語翻訳

• Understand the users while designing and evaluating the solutions, Work closely with design, engineering and product teams.
• Maintain and scale the design system, web and mobile platforms.
• Experience working with cross functional teams and synthesizing feedback and input from different team’s research and marketing teams.
• Translate UI copy writing in Japanese
