A creative, proactive an organized individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functions teams. Must have a solid understanding of visual merchandising principles including space planning, product placement, colour theory and brand representation.
Ideally 3+ years experience in visual merchandising preferrably within apparel, sportswear or actively lifestyle retail brand.
Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is required.
Ability to travel domestically across Japan for regular store visits, events and audits.
Essilor Luxottica Japan is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies for Oakley apparel across our retail network in Japan. This role is essential in ensuring Oakley’s apparel collections are showcased according to corporate visual directives while adapting these strategies to meet the unique preferences of the Japanese market.
