• Approximately 5+ years working experiences in data analysis, forecasting and/or demand planning functions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Macro, PowerPoint etc.)
• Candidates with experience in SAP, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc..) is not a must but preferred
• Knowledge or interest in the retail industry is preferred
The Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring, streamlining and analyzing of the weekly, monthly, and annual reports using SAP BusinessObjects and POS tools. This role plays a key part in driving data-based decisions through forecasting and business intelligence activities for our Wholesale Division.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Compile, improve and analyze daily, weekly and monthly retail reports along with running daily sales dashboards and presenting key information internally
• Ensure all data is aligned between the actual results from each retail store
• Verify forecast sheets and ensure systems and database are monitored daily; data recovery must be performed when needed
• Coordinate meetings and reports for internal stakeholders
Digital Operations:
• Manage all key operational digital projects in alignment with corporate
• Oversee the implementation of ongoing and new retail systems along with the daily running of these systems
Operations:
• Work closely with wholesales sales team to manage master data along with updating pricing, product, and inventory data into the systems
• Responsible for each monthly close reporting to finance
• Creation of manuals and operations flows per business needs
