IT Infrastructure Specialistは、社内および企業のチームと協力して、合意された成果物を必要な品質基準と時間とコストの制約の中で確実に提供します。 また、ITインフラストラクチャスペシャリストは、ユーザーのインシデントと要求を聞き取り調査し、問題を解決したり、関連チームにエスカレーションしたりするためのサービスデスクの第一線となります。 プロジェクトによっては、外部の第三者やお客様とのやり取りが必要になります。

この役割は、規模と複雑さが異なるプロジェクトを管理します。これには、地域のビジネスの大幅な変更と変革が含まれる場合があります。システム上で「ハンズオン」という意識を持っている人が必要です。

• IT Infrastructure Specialistは、次のエリアに責任を持ち、業務を務めます:
oサイト: オフィス、店舗、倉庫、工場等.
o 設定の変更、キッティング、メンテナンス等: デスクトップ、ラップトップ、オフィス装備、各種アクセサリー、サーバ、ネットワーク、電話関連、プリンター、複合機、その他ハードウェアやソフトウェア、モバイルデバイス
o アカウントの改廃、ウォークステーションの準備等
o ユーザーサポート（L1サービスデスク）
• 組織、取引先、ベンダー、およびその他の企業と、プロジェクトの運用を適切に調整
• コンピュータシステム、ネットワーク、およびセキュリティを監視、パフォーマンスを維持・向上
• Luxottica Japan Infrastructureチームと緊密に協力して、企業の基準とポリシーに従ってプロジェクトロードマップの定義とロールアウトを行う
• Washin および Essilor Luxottica のネットワーク、サーバー等 IT インフラストラクチャプロジェクトの提供に関連するすべてのアクティビティを担当
• 革新的なプロジェクトイニシアティブの提供について、より広範なチームが「すぐに」考えることに挑戦
• ITIL、エスカレーションフロー、グローバル組...
