Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Training Manager main responsibility is to develop and improve CHAUMET boutique management & sales ambassadors through innovative trainings in order to achieve sales targets and provide best in-class client experience, making sure all BTQ population act as brand ambassadors of Maison CHAUMET.
‒ University graduate
‒ 5-10 years training experience.
‒ Experience in luxury brands or business (luxury hotels, service industries, etc) is a strong plus.
‒ Coaching experience also a strong plus.
‒ Luxury brand store experience is preferable.
‒ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills (influencer role)
‒ Business fluency in Japanese and English
Key responsibility 1: Develop, Adapt and Deliver training programs
‒ Induction training / Signé Chaumet training
‒ Customer centric training -including Clienteling to be launched in 2024-
‒ Product training
‒ Selling skills training
‒ Management training -including BTQ Leadership training to be launched in 2024-
‒ Local ad-hoc initiatives as needed (HJ Boot Camp dedicated activities, individual coaching…)
Key responsibility 2: Increase brand loyalty through field coaching
‒ Rotate in BTQs to ensure field training in conjunction with the support of the Retail / BTQ Management team, leveraging Brand Ambassador individual results / KPIs in order to improve sales skills and client engagement
‒ Visit stores to follow-up on trainings; provide corrective actions during morning briefs / through 1 to 1 coaching after sales talks on the floor
Key responsibility 3: Supervise Client Experience results
‒ Co-lead with retail the CXE (mystery shopping) output, presenting quarterly results to BTQs
‒ Devise and implement action plans to elevate client experience in Chaumet BTQs based on these results
‒ Measure ROI upon implementation
Key responsibility 4: Grow the Premium Business
‒ As part of the HJTF, propose tools (yearly treatment plan, sales tray presentation) to help facilitate Premium sales
‒ Insure Premium training before main regional and international events
‒ Manage individual coaching of a selection of Brand Ambassadors together with the retail / merchandising / BTQ teams to increase selling opportunities
‒ Propose gaisho “brand” presentations together with the Merchandising Team to turn gaisho population into brand advocates (brand presentation, Premium Touch & Try)
Key responsibility 5: Animate the training community
‒ Manage the community of Chaumet In-Store Trainers
‒ Attend meetings as part of the international training community; participate to brainstormings, seminars, exchanging with all zone training managers and international training director, leveraging best practices when relevant.
