As part of the Finance team, you will support internal control activity in Christian Dior Couture Japan.

Requirements
- Located in Tokyo
- Start from September 2025 most likely if that’s possible

Language
- Japanese: Business level proficiency required.
- English: Business level proficiency required.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Legal, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Assist with documenting and evaluating internal controls for financial reporting and operations.
- Participate in risk assessment discussions.
- Support creating process flowcharts and narratives to describe key processes.
- Assist in testing internal controls to ensure they are working as intended.
- Gather and analyze data (using Excel and other tools) to support internal control reviews.
- Learn about relevant regulations and best practices for internal controls.
- Assist with annual or semi-annual stock counts.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

A year long project that pairs female Christian Dior employees with female students interested in their area of expertise. This is designed to enable cross cultural, cross generational and cross functional interactions. At the International Women’s Day (March 8th, 2017), 200 female students from all over the world gathered at the head office in Paris and enjoyed touring the maison’s atelier, along with the brand’s newly opened state-of-the-art archive facility: Dior Héritage.
