Summary
Christian Dior G.K. is looking for Hospitality Senior Manager.
Key senior leadership role responsible for Christian Dior's hospitality activity in Japan. The Hospitality Senior Manager will lead the strategy and execution for Dior's restaurant and café activities, combining strong operational discipline with a proven fine dining background, client development expertise, and the ability to build a long-term strategic vision for the business.

Key Qualifications
Fluent in both Japanese & English (written & spoken) is essential. French a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality, including significant senior leadership responsibility in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium hospitality groups.
Prior experience as Director or General Manager of a fine dining restaurant, ideally 1- or 2-Michelin-starred, or as F&B Manager / F&B Director within a luxury hotel with recognized fine dining outlets.
Proven success in launching a fine dining restaurant or comparable luxury hospitality concept, including pre-opening planning, team set-up, service model definition, guest acquisition, retention strategy, and post-opening performance management.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic plans, develop a distinctive hospitality vision, drive operational excellence, strengthen financial performance, and elevate the client experience.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal & external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive & innovative approach to challenges.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills essential for motivating & engaging a diverse team, coupled with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Profound understanding of the luxury market, customer expectations, & service standards in Japan. A solid understanding of Japanese F&B customer behavior & the local Hospitality landscape, which is critical for localizing strategies.
Multinational Experience: Prior experience working for multinational companies a plus.
Flexibility to travel as required.

This Senior Manager will be a pivotal leader, overseeing and developing Dior's restaurant and café operations in Japan. This role requires a seasoned F&B professional with a strong fine dining background, a deep understanding of luxury client expectations, and the ability to balance hands-on operational management with strategic business development.
Strategic Coordination & Collaboration:
Lead the planning & execution of all Food & Beverage (F&B) -related activities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail & alignment with Dior's brand image.
Define and implement client acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with Retail, Clienteling, Marketing, PR, and Communications teams, with the objective of building a loyal high-end clientele and driving repeat visits.
Initiate, develop and monitor F&B business partners collaboration & support
Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for Dior hospitality in Japan, including positioning, market development, service standards, and long-term growth opportunities for fine dining and café concepts.
Act as the primary liaison between the hospitality department & other critical functions at Japan Head office, including in particular Retail, Clienteling, Marketing & Communications, HR, IT & Finance to ensure seamless integration of hospitality initiatives with broader brand strategies.
Collaborate closely with global & regional teams to adapt & implement best practices in hospitality management, ensuring a consistent luxury experience across all touchpoints.
Operational Excellence:
Direct & manage all aspects of Dior's restaurant & cafe operations in Japan, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards, service excellence, & operational efficiency.
Develop & implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, focusing on impeccable service, unique culinary offerings & an atmosphere that embodies Dior's luxury aesthetic.
Coordinate with Dior HQ Hospitality teams as well as Pic teams located in France on the product offer, services guidelines & overall Marketing & Branding activation plans
Monitor & analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all hospitality venues, identifying areas for improvement & implementing corrective actions to achieve financial targets & operational goals.
Lead and accelerate the launch of new fine dining concepts, ensuring readiness across operations, guest journey, team training, service standards, menu coordination, commercial planning, and brand experience.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers & vendors to ensure the highest quality of ingredients & services
Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, & hygiene regulations.
Coordinate the execution of related administrative and mkg tasks (purchase orders mgt,
invoicing, event coordination, operational support and activity planning)
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, & mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, & continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews & provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth & career development within the organization.
Inspire & motivate the team to deliver exceptional service & uphold Dior's esteemed reputation.
Financial Management:
Develop & manage annual budgets for all hospitality operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility & maximizing profitability.
Implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience.
Analyze financial reports & market trends to make informed decisions & optimize business performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
