Christian Dior G.K. is looking for a Merchandising Assistant Manager, Women’s Shoes and Baby’s.
The role is to maximize sales results and enhance brand’s image through the management of Women’s Shoes and Baby’s merchandising/buying for Christian Dior retail network.

Key Qualifications
More than 3 years’ work experience of merchandising
Work experience in luxury brands
Strong communication, negotiation, collaborative and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mind
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and Fluent level of Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
Availability to travel (locally and oversea)
Advanced PC skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
Responsibility
Be in charge of building and executing the merchandising strategy for Women’s shoes and Baby’s
Implement seasonal buying for retail stores and making buying debrief presentation to the top management in the HQ. Attend 8 buying sessions: Tavel to Paris 4 times a year for Women’s shoes & Work remotely 4 times a year for Baby’s
Select permanent assortments based on the analysis and market potential with HQ
Collect and share qualitative comments on business to HQ
Provide weekly & monthly analysis on the performance of the categories and implement action plans. Share those analysis with counterparts locally and with HQ in Paris. Regularly check inventory and sell-through, and take follow-up actions such as weekly stock rebalancing and sales animation for stores
Provide the creative plans with the team to optimize stock and boost sales
Understand competition and market trend to create product and price feedbacks to the HQ
Conduct collection presentation and training for internal staff in stores
Event support as a representative of the team
Support stores through frequent communication and regular store visits
Communicate and work closely with other departments, especially Supply Chain, Retail, Visual Merchandising, PR, Marketing, Digital and E-Commerce teams
