Astemo Cypremos株式会社は、グローバル自動車メーカーのSDV(Software Defined Vehicle)への対応や新たなモビリティサービスの実現をめざして、ソフトウェア・クラウドサービス事業を行う新会社として2024年11月に創業しました。クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境（例：デジタルツイン）提供を中心に急成長中のスタートアップです。

現在、BP＆S部は自動車業界出身の４名で運営していますが、今後拡大する新規事業の企画立案～具現化・実装化の業務をリードできる新しい仲間を募集しています。

We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., are established as a new company in November 2024 to provide software and cloud services, aiming to support global automobile manufacturers in their transition to Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and the realization of new mobility services. As a rapidly growing startup, we focus on offering cloud-based digital development environments, such as digital twins.

Currently, the BP&S Division is operated by four members with backgrounds in the automotive industry. We are now looking for a new team member who can lead the planning and implementation of new businesses as we scale.

必須スキル・経験
・事業会社、あるいはスタートアップでの新規事業開発の経験（4年以上）
・新規事業の企画構想スキル、市場導入に至る実装経験（2年以上）
・顧客やパートナーとの協創に基づく、ソリューションや商材の開発の経験（2年以上）
・論理的思考力、顧客およびCXO向け資料作成スキル（PowerPoint等基本ツール）
・ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語

歓迎スキル・経験
・新規事業開発スキル（ビジネスモデル、ビジネスアーキテクチャー、プライスモデリング等）
・財務戦略スキル、IP戦略経験、M&A経験
・自動車業界やソフトウェア業界での経験
・英語圏での就業経験（海外赴任、あるいは多国籍企業における英語ベースの就業）
・サイバー環境・クラウド技術に関する知見
・生成AI関連の知見、および日常ツールとしての活用
・自動車だけでなく、モビリティやエネルギー、将来社会にもつながる知見やネットワーク

Required Skills and Experience
• 4+ years of experience in new business development at a company or startup
• 2+ years of experience in conceptualizing and implementing new business ideas up to market entry
• 2+ years of experience in co-developing solutions or offerings with customers or partners
• Strong logical thinking and presentation/documentation skills (PowerPoint and basic business tools)
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Expertise in new business development (business models, architecture design, pricing models, etc.)
• Experience in financial strategy, IP strategy, or M&A
• Experience in the automotive or software industries
• Work experience in English-speaking environments (e.g., overseas assignment, multinational companies)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with generative AI, including daily use in business tasks
• Insights and networks not only in the automotive field but also in mobility, energy, and future societal systems

• Develop short- to mid/long-term plans and strategies for both new and existing businesses

• Collaborate with customers and partners to launch services in the market
• Optimize the business portfolio based on competitive and market analysis
• Create decision-support documents in collaboration with senior management
• Build ecosystems by coordinating with customers, partners, and stakeholders

大学卒以上
Bachelor’s degree or above

Astemo Cypremos is a software and cloud services company in the SDV domain.
Within the SDV platform, it drives the transformation of digital engineering in the Out-Car domain beyond In-Car (in-vehicle systems), and aims to realize flexible and wide-ranging systems as a supplier that delivers the value required in the SDV era through next-generation mobility solutions leveraging cloud and communication technologies.
