本ポジションは Head of People直下で、これまで整備してきた人事労務・People Operationsの基盤を引き継ぎ、急拡大する組織を支える「実装の中核」を担います。採用・オンボーディング・勤怠/給与社保・評価運用などの日々の実務を回しつつ、ツール活用(HirePlanner / Deel / Workday Shell / ジョブカン / Power Apps 等)と仕組み化で、他部門がコア業務に集中できる状態をつくります。

Astemo Cypremos, Ltd. is a startup established to support global automakers’ SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) initiatives and the evolution of next-generation mobility, growing rapidly around cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins).
As we accelerate product development, business expansion, and global scaling in FY25–FY26, we are continuously acquiring the capabilities we need while building an environment where employees can sustain high performance.

Reporting directly to the Head of People, this role is the execution core of People Operations—taking over and strengthening the HR foundation already built. You will run end-to-end HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll/social insurance, performance/OKR operations) and drive operational excellence through system enablement (HirePlanner / Deel / Workday Shell / Jobcan / Power Apps, etc.) so that teams can focus on their core work.

Key Qualifications

  • 人事労務・People Operations領域の実務経験(目安:3年以上)

  • 採用〜オンボーディング〜勤怠/給与社保など、人事労務全般を広く理解し、運用を回しながら改善できること

  • Microsoft 365(Excel/PowerPoint/Teams等)を日常業務で使いこなせること

  • 業務を文書化・仕組み化する意識のある方

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語

歓迎スキル・経験

  • HRBPとして、事業・組織課題を踏まえて施策や運用を推進した経験

  • Power Apps活用経験

  • スタートアップ/急成長フェーズでの仕組み化経験

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations / People Operations (roughly 3+ years)

  • Broad understanding across HR ops (recruiting, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll/social insurance) with the ability to improve processes while operating them

給与・税・社保:給与/賞与支払いデータ対応、住民税・各種届出、社会保険料確認・納付、年末調整(案内、個別フォロー、書類管理、法定調書)
勤怠・労務:勤怠管理、過剰残業/連続勤務フォロー、有休付与・取得管理、36協定更新・届出、労使委員会
目標・評価/データ:OKR・目標設定/評価運用、賞与運用、人事関連データ報告(人員・退職率など)、報告効率化/データ整備
仕組み化・改善:人事業務タスクのリスト化、マニュアル作成、海外在住業務委託者/EORのルール整備、私用海外渡航中の就労ルール整備、福利厚生導入・運用サポート、ストレスチェック/Experience Surveyのペインポイント対応
チーム運営:派遣社員の業務マネジメント

Recruiting (primarily using HirePlanner): Create job postings; manage agencies and candidates; coordinate and track the selection process; conduct interviews; run offer processes and offer meetings.
Onboarding: Support candidates after offer acceptance; handle new joiner inquiries; deliver new employee onboarding/training; provide CoE/visa support.
Payroll / Tax / Social Insurance: Handle payroll/bonus payment-related data; manage resident tax and required filings/notifications; confirm and pay social insurance premiums; manage year-end tax adjustment (communications, individual follow-ups, document management, statutory tax reporting).
Time & Attendance / Labor Management: Operate time and attendance processes; monitor and follow up on excessive overtime and consecutive work; manage PTO grants and usage; renew and file the “36 Agreement”; operate the labor-management committee.
Performance / OKR / Data: Operate OKRs and goal-setting/performance review processes; run bonus operations; prepare and submit HR-related reporting (e.g., headcount, attrition); improve reporting efficiency and maintain HR data readiness.
Systemization & Continuous Improvement: List and structure HR operational tasks; create and maintain manuals; establish rules for overseas contractors/EOR; develop policies and processes for working during personal overseas travel; support benefits rollout and ongoing operations; address pain points identified through stress checks and the Experience Survey.
Team Operations: Manage and coordinate the work of temporary staff.
