Leads front-of-house operations for the library, business center, and meeting rooms, ensuring efficient physical and digital workspaces while aligning resources with community needs.

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant library experience; MLIS/MLS or MBA/MPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong English communication skills and basic Japanese ability.
• Experience with library systems, data analytics, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office (especially Excel) skills.

• 関連する図書館業務経験を伴う学士号（MLIS/MLS、MBAまたはMPAがあれば尚可）。
• 5～10年の実務経験（うち3～5年は管理職または監督職としての経験）。
• 英語での高いコミュニケーション能力および基礎的な日本語力。
• 図書館システム、データ分析、プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション力、組織力、MS Office（特にExcel）のスキル。

• Plans and oversees operations of the workspace, library, and meeting rooms, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Implements policies, supports organizational goals, and communicates them to staff and users.
• Manages staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Monitors budgets, maintenance needs, and coordinates with facilities and other departments.
• Handles member relations, prepares reports, and represents the library in meetings and community activities.

• ワークスペース、図書館、会議室の運営を計画・統括し、サービスの質を確保する。
• 方針の実施および組織目標の推進を行い、スタッフや利用者へ周知する。
• スタッフの採用、育成、シフト管理および評価を行う。
• 予算管理や設備管理を行い、関連部署と連携して改善を図る。
• 会員対応、報告書作成を行い、会議やコミュニティ活動において図書館を代表する。

Bachelor’s degree: librarian qualification holder preferred.
大卒以上: 司書資格があれば尚良し
