MISSION STATEMENT

The BPC Manager acts as a strategic financial partner, leveraging deep business understanding to influence key decisions and drive Maison success. This role ensures the precision and insightfulness of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. By optimizing performance and ensuring disciplined resource allocation, the BPC Manager directly contributes to LVMH's growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic financial partner to General Management, offering deep business understanding and influencing key decisions to contribute significantly to overall Maison success.

• Budgeting & Forecasting Management:
o Manage the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
o Consolidate inputs from Maisons and business units, ensuring coherence and accuracy.
o Provide commentary and analyses to support decision-making under uncertainty.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
o Deliver timely reporting on financial performance, highlighting key drivers of variance.
o Analyze profitability by channel, category, and geography.
o Identify trends and opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization.

• Operational Support:
o Partner with operational leaders to translate strategy into measurable financial targets.
o Provide insights on working capital, inventory management, and cash generation.
o Support investment decisions with robust financial evaluations.
o Promote and ensure internal control in line with FG Internal Control function

• Collaboration & Team Development:
o Work closely with accountants and business partners to ensure alignment.
o Ensure adoption of best practices in planning tools and ERP systems.

• Education: University degrees or higher
