Experience:
- More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign retail companies, especially in AR.
- Proficient in Excel and Accounting systems.
Language: Fluent in Japanese and Business English
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail industry.
- Nissho Bookkeeping 1st grade or equivalent experience.
Accounts Receivable Execution & Optimization for designated Maisons
- Execute accounts receivable tasks in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to optimize order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes.
- Proactively analyze existing order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Project Leadership & Operational Enhancement
- Lead and contribute to project tasks and initiatives related to financial processes.
- Exhibit foresight and initiative to ensure projects are successfully completed and effectively integrated into operations.
Internal Control Compliance & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain, evaluate, and proactively suggest improvements to current accounting procedures and documentation.
- Actively support and facilitate the implementation of new internal controls as required by the organization.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
