• Reporting to the Commercial Planning Senior Manager, the Commercial Planning Manager acts as a key business partner in commercial planning, performance analysis, and strategy development.
• This role focuses on translating data insights into actionable commercial strategies, driving business performance through demand forecasting, planning excellence, and insight‑driven recommendations.
• The position supports Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams by identifying opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across channels and customers.

Professional experience & know how
• 3 years+ in Commercial Planning / Business Analysis / Trade Marketing
• Experience in sales or marketing analytics
• Experience in planning / forecasting is a plus

1. Commercial Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Budgeting
• Translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans, including volume targets and budget allocation.
• Support the definition of strategic priorities based on data analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting cycles in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
• Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting processes.
• Support product allocation planning and monitor performance.
2. Business Analysis and Strategic Insights
• Analyze sales performance across regions, channels, and customers.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Conduct ROI analysis on sales activities and propose optimization actions.
• Support preparation of business reviews and executive presentations.
3. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Utilize dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and sales performance.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in performance reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
4. Cross-functional Alignment
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Support alignment between commercial strategy and execution.
• Contribute to internal governance processes (forecast, reviews, planning cycles).
5. Team management
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
・Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year university degree required).
・Graduate degree preferred.
