• Reporting to the Commercial Planning Senior Manager, the Sales Data Manager acts as the owner of sales data systems, reporting infrastructure, and data governance.
• This role ensures data accuracy, system reliability, and efficient reporting processes, enabling the organization to leverage data effectively.
• The position partners with Global and regional data teams to align systems and enhance capabilities while supporting users across Sales and Commercial teams.

Professional experience & know how
• 3 years+ in data systems / business intelligence / sales operations
• Experience managing BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce)
• Experience working with large datasets

1. Sales Data Systems and Reporting Management
• Manage sales reporting systems end to end (Power BI, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of sales data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking sales performance across dimensions (region, channel, customer, SKU).
• Provide user support and training on reporting tools.
2. Data Integration and Governance
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (POS, market data, internal systems).
• Ensure data integrity and standardization in line with global guidelines.
• Maintain data dictionaries and reporting standards.
3. Salesforce and Master Data Management
• Oversee Salesforce data maintenance and system administration.
• Maintain customer master data and segmentation.
• Act as primary contact with Global Aspire/data teams.
• Ensure proper localization and alignment with global systems.
4. System Enhancement and Continuous Improvement
• Identify system gaps and propose improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Global and APAC teams to upgrade tools and capabilities.
• Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes.
5. Data Support to Business
• Provide reliable data and reporting to support Sales and Planning teams.
• Enable data accessibility for decision-making.
• Support ad hoc data requests and analysis groundwork.
6. Team management
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture.
・Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year university degree required).
・Graduate degree preferred.
