You’ll have the opportunity to work at one of our directly operated Ray-Ban, Oakley, Alain Mikli, or Oliver Peoples stores — or within select premium department store locations across Japan.

The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, cultivating strong client relationships, and meeting sales goals. In this role, you will be expected to maintain expert knowledge of our products, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and styles, while offering personalized recommendations tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
・Provide exceptional customer service and sales support for sunglasses and eyewear
・Create visually stunning product displays that highlight the latest trends
・Offer personalized fitting and comfort adjustments for each customer
・Manage inventory and ensure smooth sales operations
・Contribute to the continuous improvement of store operations and customer experience
・Share the rich history of the brands, explain the craftsmanship behind our products, and introduce our newest collections
・Maintain a clean, inviting store environment for a top-tier shopping experience

The work schedule follows an 8-hour shift system, with a 1-hour break.
Operating hours may vary depending on the assigned store.
