• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Design & Construction, retail industry experience is preferred
• Experienced in design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Retail industry experience is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; may require evening work and domestic business trips
• Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory

• Negotiation with landlords (site check, negotiating the guidelines before confirming the store location)
• Draft / Rough layout proposal
• Direct communication along Milan corporate / Milan Nextore / Luxottica China
• Schedule management
• Bidding process management (Bidding document preparation)
• Cost management and budget negotiations
• Value Engineering plan proposal (Cost control to save overall cost)
• Weekly reporting of the project (from site commencement to completion)
• Support of the opening set ups
• Import management of furniture / LED
• Repair & Maintenance for existing store
• Managing construction as customer visibilty
