YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Social Media Communication Manager, and part of the PR & Communication team, you will be responsible for all
communication and activations for CELINE’s owned, earned and paid social media. Your principal missions will be to
create, propose and implement a social strategy that will allow CELINE to appeal and to be relevant within the digital
and social universe, with the objective to attract new audience.
This experience will enable you to work in the best-in-class luxury maison and lead the communication on local social
/ digital media.
It will also enable you to understand and learn how a 360 communication and media strategy is built
and implemented in a global luxury brand. You will have the opportunity to improve communication skills by working
cross functionally within the company and with outside vendors.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of PR or social/ digital related job
- Hands on experience in content management
- Luxury Retail experience preferred
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus

YOUR IMPACT
Owned platform / account management
− Manage CELINE Official LINE account
− Plan and manage content mirroring the global social / digital strategy, and following the product and retail
event calendar, while injecting content to feed local needs
− Perform research on competitor benchmark trend, activation and audience target / preferences
− Analyze and report performance results based on KPI (by using analytic tools such as Google analytics)
− Support social CRM program
− Implement ideas to improve brand desirability and customer experiences
− Work closely with Ecommerce team to ensure LINE activation delivers traffic to site, and contributes to maximizing conversion
− Collaborate with PR and CRM to ensure consistency in message and pursue 360 communications
− Stay up to date, discover and propose new social apps, technologies, ideas, venues, areas, crowds that is beneficial for brand to increase visibility and have relevance to younger generation, specifically Gen Z audience
− Plan and execute social media campaigns together with HQ
Education:
- Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
- Degree in Communication or Digital / Social Marketing is a plus
