We are now looking for a professional marketer with strong communication and multi-tasking skills to join our dynamic team.

Key Qualifications

  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience

  • Candidates with experience from relevant industries that have wholesale operations, such as eyewear, beauty, watches
  • Advertising, PR agency or consulting company background is a plus

  • Diligent, detail-minded, and have an ‘eye’ for luxury and high quality

  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and Japanese

  • Proactive, analytical, energetic, and able to quickly react to the dynamic environment

  • Proficient excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Capable of working under stress and working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Responsibility

  • Drive implementation of marketing activities in selective distribution channels across Japan, including point of sales visual merchandising, customized dressings, trade promotions, etc

  • Build relationships with trade partners and work closely with regional office to follow through on Trade Marketing action plans, in line with the brands’ strategy while tracking results and evaluating ROI

  • Liaise with external vendors to certify deliverables such as customized displays and fixtures to meet qualitative expectations, budget, and schedule

  • Support effective trainings to internal and external staff, sharing brand vision and strategy

  • Translate collaterals for point of sales materials, training and PR usage

  • Competitors monitoring and analysis; include frequent visits to clients’ stores to reconfirm qualitative visual merchandising, secure best share of space to create optimum sell out
  • Regular reporting and working closely with a commercial team with aim to meet business goals
