As a Carrier Relations Manager you will manage end-to-end 3rd party commercial relationship with telecommunication providers including negotiations and contractual aspects, supporting the sales teams and wider carrier community in support of revenue retention and generation.

Job Summary
The consultant, professional services will be responsible for the design, implement and support of all Network solution engagements in Asia. They will act as the primary interface into the Sales and Product organisations, and will work closely with key customers to understand their overarching needs. They will collaborate closely with the other Professional Services and O&E functions to create the right solution to meet the customer’s requirements, with a focus on cost, quality and governance of critical timelines.

Job Summary
customer solutions engineer, professional services is responsible to provide end to end support to designated customer solutions. They will collaborate closely with the other Professional Services and Operations and Engineering functions to own the customer solution and provide technical insight, respond to escalation, support change coordination, and perform relevant activity to ensure customer satisfaction for the solution provided.
