Founded in 2019 by parents to meet the needs of families in Japan as a complement to the existing educational offer, EIFJ, with a capacity of 150 students, now serves a diverse community of students from kindergarten through high school, including an international nursery. Aspiring to obtain accreditation from the French Ministry of National Education, our institution has been issued a Certificate of Compliance from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, enabling access to Government subsidies, and is also part of the global network of French international schools managed by the Mission Laïque Française, which includes 108 institutions in...

- Contribute to the finance and accounting department, supporting the financial operations across 6 individual maisons and 1 back-office division.
- Manage the general ledger (GL) functions for one or a few designated maisons.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining adequate internal controls to ensure compliance with group rules and regulations.
- Proactively identify and suggest operational improvements and enhancements to achieve process optimization within the finance function.

Oversees all pastry and bakery kitchen operations, ensuring consistent product quality and cost control, while managing staff, HR, member relations, and financial performance in compliance with Japanese regulations.

Experience teaching in nursery/kindergarten, babysitting, tutoring. Ability to work in a bilingual or trilingual school environment. Fluency in English and/or Japanese only, and/or French is desirable.
