• 語学力 日本語ネイティブスピーカー（話し言葉、書き言葉ともに流暢）。
• 経験 テクニカルサポートまたはロジスティクス業務の経験があることが望ましいが、必須ではありません。
• 技術的知識 PCハードウェア、ソフトウェアインストール、IT資産管理に関する基本的な理解。
• エクセルスキル 在庫リストや文書管理のためのエクセルに習熟していること。
• コミュニケーション能力 口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力が高く、チーム内で業務を遂行できる。
• 身体能力 PCや機器を持ち上げたり、セットアップしたりすることに抵抗がないこと。

• Language: Native Japanese speaker (fluent in both spoken and written Japanese).
• Experience: Previous experience in a technical support or logistics role is preferred, but not required.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of PC hardware, software installation, and IT asset management.
• Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for managing inventory lists and documentation.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work within a team.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting and setting up PCs and equipment.

• PCキッティング＆インストール： PCおよび関連機器の組立、設定、設置の補助。
• ロジスティクスサポート IT機器の発送を管理し、各出荷に適切な書類が作成されていることを確認する。
• 資産管理： エクセルを使用してハードウェアの正確な追跡を確保し、資産目録リストを更新・管理する。
• 書類作成： 追跡と報告のために必要なロジスティクス書類を作成する。
• チームコラボレーション： 現場チームと密接に連携し、日常業務をサポートし、必要に応じてプロジェクト・タスクに貢献する。
• リフトアップとセットアップ： 必要に応じて、PCやその他のIT機器の持ち運びやセットアップをサポートする。

• PC Kitting & Installation: Assist in the assembly, configuration, and installation of PCs and related equipment.
• Logistics Support: Manage dispatch of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation is completed for each shipment.
• Asset Management: Update and maintain asset inventory lists, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware using Excel.
• Documentation: Complete necessary logistics documents for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the onsite team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to project tasks as required.
• Lifting & Setup: Assist in lifting and setting up PCs and other IT equipment as required.
