Applied Research Engineer は、EmoticoreAI の研究成果を実際の製品・サービスへと応用し、イノベーションをビジネス価値に変える役割を担います。
大規模言語モデル（LLM）、感情音声合成、RAG などの先端技術を探求しながら、ソフトウェアエンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーと協力して、実運用可能な AI モデルやシステムを設計・構築します。
この職務では、研究と実装の橋渡し役として、技術的な知見を深めつつ、スピード感を持って顧客や市場のニーズに対応できる力が求められます。

As an Applied Research Engineer at EmoticoreAI, you will play a key role in transforming cutting-edge research into real-world products and services—turning innovation into business value.You will explore advanced technologies such as large language models (LLMs), emotional speech synthesis, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), while collaborating closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design and build deployable AI models and systems. This role requires not only deep technical expertise but also the ability to bridge research and implementation with agility, delivering solutions that meet customer and market needs at speed.

経験：

AI/ML 研究や応用システム開発での実務経験（3 年以上）
学術研究または産業応用における自然言語処理（NLP）や音声処理の経験
AI モデルの実運用、チューニング、最適化の経験
技術知識：

大規模言語モデル（LLM）、RAG、音声合成、自然言語処理に関する深い理解
PyTorch / TensorFlow などの機械学習フレームワークの使用経験
クラウド環境（AWS / GCP / Azure）でのモデル実装・運用知識
最新の AI 研究動向をキャッチアップし、応用できる能力
問題解決能力：

研究成果を実用システムに落とし込むための柔軟な発想と実装力
複雑な技術的課題を分解し、実現可能な解決策を設計できる能力
コミュニケーションスキル：

研究チームと開発チームの橋渡しができる調整力
複雑な技術的アイデアをわかりやすく説明するスキル
プロダクトマネージャーやプロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、研究成果を顧客価値へ変換する能力
適応力と学習意欲：

最新の AI 論文や研究成果を積極的に学び、応用に活かす姿勢
新しい技術や未解決課題に挑戦する意欲と柔軟性

Experience：

3+ years of practical experience in AI/ML research or applied system development
Background in NLP (Natural Language Processing) or speech processing, in academic or industrial settings
Hands-on experience with deploying, tuning, and optimizing AI models
Technical Knowledge：

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, speech synthesis, and NLP
Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
Knowledge of deploying and operating models in cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Ability to stay ahead of the latest AI research trends and apply them effectively
Problem-Solving Skills：

Ability to translate research outcomes into practical, production-ready systems
Skill in breaking down complex technical challenges and designing actionable solutions
Communication Skills：

Strong coordination skills to bridge research and development teams
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
Capability to work with Product and Project Managers to translate research into customer value
Adaptability & Learning Mindset：

Eagerness to learn from the latest AI research papers and apply insights to practice
Willingness to embrace new technologies and tackle open-ended challenges with flexibility
