Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend skills, who loves problem solving, can thrive through uncertainty and incomplete information.

- Senior level Ruby-on-Rails experience (you like or are interested in dynamic & strong typing in general)
- Experience working on B2B applications or complex systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Out of the box thinking and hacker mindset.
- You like fixing hard problems with the simplest solutions.
- You can work by yourself without being told what to do. You are able to build full projects from scratch by yourself.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- English: Fluent

Some of your day to day activities will include:
- Participate in product definition & specification
- Contribute to the Software design and architecture
- Develop well-designed frontend and backend software solutions
